Venture Underwriters concentrates on unique and difficult-to-place Primary General Liability Insurance. Venture Underwriter’s primary focus is Construction Risks, including, but not limited to, foundation contractors, framing contractors, window installation contractors, plumbers, HVAC, roofing, and drywall contractors.

Minimum Premium:
$25,000 GL (practice) – Limits 1/2/2
$75,000 Project Specific – Limits 1/2/2
$100,000 Wraps – Limits 1/2/2
Max limits available 2/4/4
Policy Term:
12 months for practice policies
Up to 36 months for Project Specifics & WRAPS
BOR Procedures:
No mid-term BORL’s accepted; 5 business days to obtain
rescinding letter
